Asherpa was designed from the ground up with ethics as a first principle, not an afterthought. Before we wrote a single line of code, we asked: what must this system never be allowed to do? The answers are built into the architecture itself.
These are not policies. They are structural limits. They cannot be switched on by configuration, unlocked by contract, or overridden by an administrator.

We've been there. That's why we built this.
We’ve managed people on packed days where good intentions ran out of time. And we’ve been on the receiving end of leadership that wasn’t bad. It was just absent. Distracted. Unprepared.
That’s the thing about poor leadership. Most of it isn’t malicious. It’s unintentional. A manager who genuinely cares, but walks into a necessary conversation without the right frame. A leader who wants to follow up and simply forgets. That gap between intention and behaviour is where employee engagement quietly dies.
We believe in the path of least resistance. Behaviour doesn’t change because people want it to. It changes when the environment makes the right action the easy action. When the nudge arrives at the right moment.
